I believe we’re all here for a reason. We’re all on a journey, and that journey is what makes us who we are.

I’ve been on my own personal health and fitness journey for many years now—and it’s been an interesting one. There have been ups and downs, successes and failures, triumphs and setbacks—but through these experiences, I’ve learned more about myself than I ever could have imagined. These lessons have helped me to become stronger in mind and body, but they’ve also made me realize that there is still so much more to learn!

As I learn more about other people’s experiences with health and fitness issues, my mind races with questions: What worked for you? Which resources helped? How did you get through moments of self-doubt? By writing blogs, I have a way to express these thoughts and share knowledge and information that can help people achieve their own health and fitness goals.
